LEAD Programme
Wilson Briggs has been accepted on the LEAD programme at the management and Leadership school at Lancaster University. LEAD is specifically designed for owner managers of small, medium enterprises. The programme concentrates on two areas of the business: the business itself and the personal development of the owner-manager, providing a framework to increase profitability, diversify and grow the business. We are not only committed to further developing ourselves but also the development of our carers.
